Pay annually only after the trial and a few months of use, when you know the bot earns its keep.
Free trial and no free plan
You get a 7-day free trial on Standard or Premium. The vendor’s pricing page says a credit card is required and the card is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel. A few third-party sites say no card is needed, and I’d trust the vendor.
There’s no permanent free plan. Set a calendar reminder for day 6.
Limits to check
Standard has caps on agents, queries, and team seats. Sources don’t agree on the numbers: one July 2026 guide lists 500 query credits and 2 agents, and an older one lists 10 bots and 1,000 queries. Read the live page.
Premium removes the “Powered by CustomGPT” branding, which matters if you’re building bots for clients.
What drives your real cost
- Query volume. More visitors asking questions means more queries.
- Number of bots. Each client or site may need its own agent.
- Branding. Removing it needs Premium, a 5x price jump from Standard.
One independent review suggests staying on Standard until you’ve seen real query volume. I agree.
Which plan should you pick?
- Standard if you’re testing, running one bot, or serving a small site.
- Premium if you need white-label bots, more capacity, or you’re reselling.
- Enterprise if you need SSO or a custom contract.
