Systeme.io has a free plan and 3 paid plans from $17 to $97 a month. The hard part is knowing which one you need.

This guide comes from the vendor’s pricing page and published 2026 guides. I haven’t paid for a plan myself. For the full tool overview, see our Systeme.io review.

Systeme.io plans and prices

  • Free: $0. No time limit and no card needed.
  • Startup: $17 a month ($170 on annual billing).
  • Webinar: $47 a month ($470 on annual billing).
  • Unlimited: $97 a month ($970 on annual billing).

Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. One older directory lists Startup at $27 and a different annual total, so confirm on the official page before you buy.

What annual billing saves

Based on the prices above:

  • Startup: $204 monthly vs $170 annual, so you save $34
  • Webinar: $564 monthly vs $470 annual, so you save $94
  • Unlimited: $1,164 monthly vs $970 annual, so you save $194

That’s roughly 2 months free. Only pay annually once you’ve used the tool for a few months and know you’re staying.

What changes between plans

Blogs. 1 on Free, 5 on Startup, 20 on Webinar, and no limit on Unlimited.

Webinars and automation. Webinar adds webinar tools and more automation. Unlimited removes the caps on funnels, blogs, and workflows.

What stays the same. Published guides report unlimited email sending, courses on every plan, and 0% transaction fees on every plan. Check the live page for the exact caps on contacts, funnels, and courses, since sources vary.

The free plan

The free plan has no expiry. You can build a first funnel, collect emails, publish a blog, and create a course.

It has caps, and the caps are what push people upward. I’d treat it as a place to learn, then decide.

Costs outside the plan price

  • Payment processor fees. Stripe or PayPal still take their normal cut, even with 0% fees from Systeme.io.
  • Your domain name, if you want a custom address.

Which plan should you pick?

  • Free if you’re testing the tool or starting a list.
  • Startup if you’re a solo seller with a few funnels, courses, and blogs.
  • Webinar if webinars are a core part of how you sell.
  • Unlimited if a cap on funnels, blogs, or workflows is blocking you.

My rule: upgrade only when a limit stops you from doing something you need. Not before.

ClickFunnels starts at $97 a month. Kajabi starts at $89 a month on monthly billing. Systeme.io’s top plan costs what ClickFunnels’ cheapest does. See Systeme.io vs ClickFunnels and Systeme.io vs Kajabi for details.
